Traits of a Resilient Person

Compassion - You have the ability to offer compassion to yourself and other in the face of adversity.

Mindfulness - You have the ability to ask yourself tough questions and answer them honestly. If you were to blame for your mistake you are honest about it, you own it and then you learn from it.

Creative - You are able to look at a situation and creatively determine the best way out.

Resilience is very different than being numb. Resilience means you experience, you feel, you fail, you hurt. You fall. But, you keep going.
— Yasmin Mogahed

The most resilient people are not the people that don’t fail, instead they are the people that fail, then learn and then grow because of the failure.
